Objection by Germany about plant materials shipments for failing to meet the requirements of the international standard

           Asharqia Chamber presents its greetings and inform you of the letter from the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture(289/1032/1438) date 22/11/1438 referred to a notification from the European Union regarding the objection about Germany to shipments of plant materials for not meeting the requirements of International Standard No. (15) for the phytosanitary of wood packaging materials in Germany.

         In order to preserve the reputation of national exports and respect for the Kingdom's obligations to trade partners under international conventions related to world trade, companies exporting plant products or materials of plant subjected to the application of phytosanitary standards with the requirements of importing countries.
